Make Ahead Breakfast-Egg Muffins

Here is a tutorial for a couple of my friends who have asked about meal ideas...ahem...Lori.


This recipe is cheap, easy, and versatile!  You can plop whatever you want into this, like broccoli and cheese.  Get creative!  


 These are husband approved, Sausage & Cheese Egg Muffins.
Yes, these were on a paper plate, so sue me! ;o)
What you will need: 


8 Eggs

1/2 tsp baking powder and Salt & Pepper to taste



Now add your wet ingredients which are: 1/4 of milk & 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil  
Now whisk together
Once it looks like this, spray your muffin pan with non stick cooking spray, then pour it onto your pan.

Now you can add your ground up sausage and shredded cheese to this.





Now just pop it into a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 mins.
