Lately, all I have wanted to do is get out and about.  I don't care where or when, I just want to do something that will break up our daily routine.  And that's just what I've been doing.  Last week we revisited Reed's Gold Mine (post coming soon)  and treated ourselves to a hole-in-the-wall hamburger joint.  It was so gooood.

But, after the church sermon was over and the kids already becoming restless, I decided to take us for a stroll to our downtown area.  It was difficult to take pictures with two little ones in tow.  I assure you that the downtown area is actually very pretty and not just dirty alley ways, ha!  I just wasn't able to stand on the sidewalks and safely take photos with the kids.  I could only let go of their hands in front of the courthouse and the alley.

Any hoo...

I think it was a nice change of scenery that we all needed because the kids were little angels for the rest of the day.  Hallelujah. :)

Btw: the little kiddos were freaking out a little because of a very loud motorcycle that was driving by, hence their expressions.
